By creating an account, submitting a project configuration, or otherwise using any Atosis Labs service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Atosis Labs provides on-demand data operations, workforce deployment, and proprietary motion-capture hardware solutions for AI training data. Our services include but are not limited to:

• check_circle Proprietary wearable motion-capture hardware for real-world kinematic data collection.
• check_circle Custom data pipeline configuration and managed delivery via API or on-premise integration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

When using our services, you agree to:

• check_circle Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• check_circle Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary technology or hardware.

• check_circle Not use the services to collect, process, or store data in violation of privacy laws or third-party rights.

All intellectual property rights in the Atosis Labs platform, website, hardware designs, software, documentation, and branding are owned by Atosis Labs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services as intended.

Data you submit remains your property. By submitting project data, you grant Atosis Labs a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services. We will not use your proprietary data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atosis Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Atosis Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration.

Atosis Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
